Peppermint Chocolate Cremeux- rich chocolate custard topped with peppermint  candies

 

Cinnamon Apple Pie- crunchy pie crust bottom topped with a cinnamon apple pie filling, whipped cream, salted caramel and spice crumble

 

Pomegranate Pannacotta- silky smooth vanilla bean pannacotta topped with fresh pomegranate reduction and pomegranate pearls
